MOJO TAKES A “TEST DRIVE,THE NEW HIGH DEFINITION CAR SHOW WITH PERSONALITY AND REALLY GOOD MILEAGE

Six Episode Series Premieres October 2007

NEW YORK - August 10, 2007 - MOJO is taking to the roads with Test Drive, a new six-part, high definition series, which will premiere on November 1 at 9:30pm ET/PT.   Test Drive is not your typical car show.  It has lots of information you need, but didn’t know who to ask, from the obscure to the obvious.  What actually causes traffic congestion? What subliminal signal does your car send about you?    What do peacocks and exotic car drivers have in common?

Knowledgeable host Craig Jackson answers these questions and more while taking viewers for a light-hearted ride. Test Drive delivers a wide range of stories about real cars, real roads and real driving situations.  Test Drive is for anyone who has ever gotten behind the wheel of a car.  By combining animated mini-documentaries, adroit re-enactments and humorous interviews, Test Drive is “kids in a candy store” for the automotive set.

Segments include:

Chick Magnets:  Test Drive tells which car will get which kind of girl.  It explains the subliminal sexual signals your car is sending and if most women really care about what kind of car a man drives.

Ultimate Test Drive:   Test Drive lets you in on the secrets to getting a chance to drive the world’s greatest and most expensive automobiles.  From a $250,000 Ferrari F430 to the $480,000 Mercedes SLR McLaren, our ingenious host figures out how regular guys can get the driving experience of a lifetime.

Surviving the Concrete Jungle:  Test Drive shows garage-less drivers how to deal with door dings, meter maids and start/stop driving as well as how to keep a car from being stolen.

Taking on Traffic:  Test Drive explains how to tackle that nasty commute.  Does lane switching back and forth really save time?  What’s better at gauging traffic problems:  Global positioning systems (GPS), AM radio reports or the human “determinater”?  Carpooling is also demystified:  is all that effort more trouble than it’s worth?

The Need for Speed:  Can you really defy all those speed obstacles:  law enforcement, car insurance and road conditions? For those who crave the experience of racing, they might want to check out the “sleeper” car—which looks innocent but underneath lurks a speed demon.  These cars can be driven without breaking the law on “racetracks” made of real roads.

The Mileage Marathon:  How can drivers save fuel?  Test Drive checks out different theories, devices and additives. Roll up the windows and cut the air conditioning?  Drive slower, but longer?  And when is the gas tank REALLY empty?  Armed with a gas can and a good pair of walking shoes, our host answers those questions and more.

Road Rage:  Why are you always behind the slow guy?  Does driving the speed limit in the fast lane create road rage in other drivers?   Which type of car do most idiot drivers own?  How can you get the upper-hand on the moron ahead and still keep your cool?

Test Drive is produced by Screaming Flea Productions, Inc., the company responsible for MOJO fan favorite Three Sheets. Matt Chan serves as Executive Producer and George Butts is Series Producer for Screaming Flea.  Executive Producer for iN DEMAND is Emilio Nunez. Siobhan Graham is Supervising Producer.
