Ingredients:
2 oz of pisco
½ an egg white
2 oz of lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar
Handful of ice
Preparation:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Pisco with the egg white, lemon juice, sugar and ice. Shake well. Add a dash of angostura bitters and pour into a sugar-rimmed glass. Kick back and enjoy.
