Ingredients:
Baste ribs in -
4oz Chinese sweet black vinegar
4oz sriracha sauce
Then rub with -
brown mustard seed
brown sugar (x4)
cinnamonclovechili powder (x2)
thyme
oregano
garlic
onion
salt
black pepper
Belizian jerk seasoning (x2)
Recado chili pepper
Preparation:
Cure for 24 hours, and then grill.
