French country classics meet local Floridian organics when Daniel visits Chef Mark Zeitouni at The Lido. Chef Boulud quickly settles in and gets to work on an assortment of Mediterranean fish for his bouillabaisse, a compliment to the Lido’s light fresh fare. Chef Zeitouni brings Daniel to the source, Paradise Farms-- a local organic farm where Miami’s top chefs get their avocados, jackfruit and edible flowers—before sitting down to wholly wholesome feast.  

Up the shore and quietly removed from bustle of South Beach, Chef Mark Zeitouni presides over fresh flavors and wholesome ingredients at The Lido, located at Miami’s Standard Hotel. Local organic ingredients, fresh seafood and Mediterranean influences shape The Lido’s menu, all served with a spectacular waterfront view.

Hors d’oerve: Lamb skewers, Mezze with assorted ceviches, farro, quinoa, haricot vert
Dessert: Buttermilk panna cotta with citrus gelée

Chef Daniel:

Hors d’oeuvre: Bay Scallop ceviche, bay scallop granite
Fish: Bouillabaisse with Sauce Aioli
Dessert: Stuffed orange topped with chiboust cream.
